We process account details, workspace configuration, billing records and the customer conversation data that authorized users connect to Aixun. We also receive limited technical information needed to operate, secure and improve the service.
Workspace owners control the customer data added to their workspace. Aixun processes that data to provide the features they configure, including messaging, customer memory, workflows, reporting and AI-assisted actions.
How information is used
We use information to deliver the service, authenticate users, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain reliability and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Access is limited to authorized users, service providers that help operate Aixun and circumstances where disclosure is required by law or needed to protect the service and its users.
Retention and your choices
Information is kept only as long as needed for the service, security, billing and legal requirements. Workspace owners may request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable obligations and necessary backups.
