These terms set the basic rules for accessing Aixun, managing a workspace and using its communication and AI capabilities responsibly.

You must provide accurate registration information, protect account credentials and ensure that every invited user is authorized to access the workspace. Workspace administrators are responsible for permissions and connected channels.
You may use Aixun only in compliance with applicable law, messaging-provider policies and the rights and consent of the people you contact.
Plans, payments and availability
Paid access, plan limits and renewal periods are shown before payment. Fees already earned for an active paid period are non-refundable unless required by law or agreed otherwise in writing.
We work to keep Aixun available and reliable, but maintenance, third-party services and events outside our control may occasionally affect access.
AI-assisted actions
Aixun can analyze conversations and suggest or perform configured actions. Customers remain responsible for their policies, approvals, outbound content and business decisions. AI output should be reviewed where accuracy or consequences matter.
